[enh-er-wait]

adj. drained of energy

Some days, just getting out of bed is a struggle. The feeling of remaining in the jumbled mess of sheets and blankets is overwhelmingly strong. Who wants to face the cold world outside, when there is a perfectly pleasant and warm bundle that’s inviting them back to sleep? Mostly everybody is magically attracted to this sensation, but it’s not necessarily wrong to feel this way. Nowadays, everyone is go, go, go and nobody really pays attention to themselves and what their body requires. It is essential to keep the body healthy because without it no one would be able to do much. So, take a day off, request that well deserved break, stay in bed.
